Project Background
As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), Enterprise Uganda hosted a powerful, multi-day event that brought together entrepreneurs, investors, business mentors, policymakers, development partners, and young innovators under one roof to celebrate and advance Uganda’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
With thousands of physical and virtual attendees, this event highlighted transformational business journeys, policy discussions, startup showcases, and investment dialogues. It served as a national platform to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and drive inclusive economic growth.
Objectives
🛠️ Our Scope of Work
1. Livestreaming & Broadcast Management
Managed a three-day multi-camera livestream to cover:
Keynote speeches and policy dialogues
Startup pitch competitions and demo sessions
Panel discussions with investors and enterprise leaders
Streamed the event on:
Enterprise Uganda’s YouTube and Facebook
Shared streams on partner accounts (Mastercard Foundation, UNDP Uganda, etc.)
Included real-time lower-thirds, animated sponsor displays, and live camera switching for a professional TV-quality broadcast.
2. Professional Sound & LED Screen Setup
Installed a PA sound system tailored for a hall of 1,000+ participants.
Ensured crystal-clear audio for stage presenters, Q&A segments, and performance interludes.
Mounted large-format LED displays that showed:
Real-time camera feeds
Presentation slides and branding videos
Countdown timers and pitch session screens
3. Photography & Moment Capture
Captured over 200 high-quality images covering:
Attendee engagement, speaker portraits, and exhibitor booths
Award ceremonies, networking lounges, and product demos
Behind-the-scenes energy and crowd reactions
Provided images optimized for:
Daily media updates and press releases
Social media storytelling
Enterprise Uganda’s end-of-year report and partner decks
4. On-Site Interviews & Testimonies
Filmed exclusive interviews with:
First-time business owners
High-level keynote speakers (e.g., ministers, ambassadors, and CEOs)
Representatives from Mastercard Foundation, Stanbic Bank, and more
Edited these into:
“Voices of GEW” mini-series for YouTube
Quote clips with subtitles for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
5. Post-Production & Content Delivery
Produced:
A cinematic highlight film (3–4 minutes) summarizing the event experience
Full-day session recordings for Enterprise Uganda’s digital archive
10+ short social media reels optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Included motion graphics, transitions, and music to match the vibrant GEW theme.
