Background
On 6 October 2026 the Office of the President hosted a Pre-APEX Meeting for the endline assessment of the implementation status of the 23 Strategic Guidelines and Presidential Directives.
StreamCast Media ran the production: a multi-camera live stream of the presentations and panel, the LED screen wall behind the stage, sound for the speakers, and photography from the room set-up to the closing group photo.
